Please read these Terms carefully. They explain what AgentiCrypto is, the risks of trading, and that responsibility for your trading decisions and results rests with you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Agentic Markets & Arbitrage Corporation, a Bahamas International Business Company (IBC No. 1503818) trading as “AgentiCrypto” (“AgentiCrypto”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the AgentiCrypto platform, website, applications and related services (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you: (a) are not named on any sanctions or trade-embargo list, including those maintained by the United States (OFAC), the European Union, the United Nations or the United Kingdom; and (b) are not located in, or accessing the Service from, a country or region subject to such sanctions.
Certain features — including fully autonomous (“Dynamic-Mode”) trading — are not available in all jurisdictions and may be disabled based on your declared or detected location. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are.
AgentiCrypto is software that helps you design, test and run automated trading strategies on cryptocurrency exchanges that you connect using your own API keys. We are a software provider only. We are non-custodial: we never hold, control, receive or move your funds, and we never take custody of your assets. All orders are placed in your own exchange account, under your own credentials, according to the strategy and limits you configure.
The Service includes AI “specialists” (such as Aria, Atlas, Vera and Quinn) that generate commentary, suggestions, analysis, and automation. These outputs are information and tooling, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they are produced by automated systems that can be incomplete, inaccurate or wrong.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it. We make no representation that any strategy, signal, suggestion or analysis is suitable, profitable or correct, and we accept no responsibility for decisions you make on the basis of it.
You choose which strategies run, on which venues, and within what limits. A stop-loss control is always active and cannot be disabled.
You are responsible for the configuration you choose, including position sizing, exposure, leverage and which strategies you deploy.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. All trading decisions are yours, and you are solely responsible for all trading activity conducted through the Service and for all resulting outcomes.
We do not guarantee, and take no responsibility for, any trading results, profits, returns or losses. You trade at your own risk. You should consider obtaining independent professional advice.
You acknowledge that trading digital assets is high-risk and that you may lose some or all of your capital. Cryptocurrency and automated-trading technologies are volatile and evolving, and carry risks — including risks we cannot anticipate. Please read our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and exchange API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. When you create exchange API keys, you must enable read and trade permissions only and must never enable withdrawal or transfer permissions. If you grant any third party access to your account or keys, you remain fully responsible for their actions.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Plans renew until cancelled. If a subscription lapses, your account reverts to the Free plan: paper trading only, with paid features locked and any open live positions closed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access; reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent technical limitations; or use the Service to facilitate activity that is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction.
The Service interoperates with third parties you choose or that we use to operate (for example, cryptocurrency exchanges and payment, email, hosting, data and AI providers). We are not responsible for, and assume no liability for, the acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, fees or failures of any third-party service, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Service, including its software, trademarks, content and design, is owned by AgentiCrypto and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
The Service is provided “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentiCrypto and its officers, directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AgentiCrypto and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or error. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party or network failures. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or where required for legal, security or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
