This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have — including rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to you.
We collect only what we need to provide the Service:
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We use your data to: create and operate your account; run, secure and support the Service; process payments; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about your account.
Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (operating the Service you sign up for); legitimate interests (securing the Service, preventing abuse, improving the product); legal obligation; and consent (for any non-essential cookies or optional communications, which you can withdraw at any time).
When you chat with our AI specialists, the content you send is processed by our AI provider to generate a response. Our use of automated decision-making is limited and is not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into chat.
We use a single strictly necessary cookie/token to keep you signed in; it is required for the Service to work and does not need consent. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first — visitors detected in the EU/EEA or UK are shown a cookie notice, and you can accept or reject non-essential cookies.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service, under appropriate contractual safeguards:

We and our providers may process your data in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA/UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and security needs. Encrypted exchange API keys are deleted when you remove them or close your account. Trade logs are retained for our records. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised; backup copies are removed on their normal cycle.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
We protect your data with measures including encryption of sensitive data at rest, hashed passwords, access controls and transport encryption. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process the data of children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the data.
We may update this policy as our practices or the data we collect change. We will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
