Risk Disclosure

Last updated 22 June 2026

Automated crypto trading is high-risk. Please read this before you trade.

1. You can lose money

Trading digital assets carries a high level of risk and you may lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. The value of cryptocurrencies can move sharply and unpredictably.

2. Cryptocurrency-specific risks

Crypto markets trade 24/7 and can be extremely volatile and illiquid. Prices can gap, exchanges can experience outages or downtime, and the regulatory and tax treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and can change. These factors can materially affect your positions and results.

3. Automated and algorithmic trading risks

Automated strategies can behave unexpectedly. Software bugs, mis-configuration, connectivity or exchange-API failures, latency, and market conditions outside a strategy’s assumptions can all cause losses. A strategy that performed well in the past or in testing may perform poorly in live markets.

If you enable autonomous trading, the system may trade without approving each order. You must actively monitor the notifications and signals we send and are responsible for reviewing and acting on them, including pausing or adjusting your strategy. We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to monitor or act.

4. AI outputs are not advice

Our AI specialists provide information, analysis and automation, not financial advice. Their outputs are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on them as a recommendation; evaluate every decision yourself.

5. Past and simulated performance

Past performance, backtests and paper-trading results do not guarantee future results. Simulated and historical performance has inherent limitations and may not reflect real trading conditions, fees, slippage or liquidity. No profit or return is promised or implied.

6. Software-only and third parties

AgentiCrypto is software and is non-custodial — we never hold or move your funds. Your assets remain on the exchanges you connect, which are independent third parties with their own risks, terms and security. We are not responsible for the acts, failures or solvency of any exchange or other third party.

7. Jurisdictional restrictions

Some features, including fully autonomous trading, are not offered in certain jurisdictions and may be disabled based on your location. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you are.

8. Your responsibility

All trading decisions and their outcomes are yours. By using the Service you accept these risks. If you do not understand a risk, seek independent professional advice before trading. This disclosure forms part of our Terms of Service.
